Upload your own data for display
You can now upload your own data for you to see on the contigview

New Contigview Tracks
Contigview has new tracks to display Human (only) protein, Human (only) mRNA tracks. There
is also an Eponine track showing transcription start site predictions.
Schema Change
Due to a minor schema change, exons split across assembly boundaries
can now have supporting evidence.
Contigview Interface
Contigview is now more configurable than ever. Sections of the page
can be toggled on and off from the display. Some tracks can be similarly
toggled to single-line or multi-line displays. You can also configure the
width of the display to suit your monitor, and toggle the appearance of the
popup menus.
Empty Tracks on Contigview
The "Decorations" menu on contigview now contains an option to show
tracks even when they are empty in the current region.

New Data
The 3.26 dataset is built on the NCBI 26 assembly.
Enhanced Exportview
Genelist exporting now gives you finer-grained control over dumping
associated SNPs, and extra information including, CDS and transcript
co-ordinates.
Speed Enhancements
Greater use of the Ensembl-lite database on the website has led to
faster displays on pages such as contigview.
Webcode changes
The webcode is becoming more multi-species orientated, with the aim
being to support different species on one codebase.
