Ensembl What's New v1.1.3 (2nd October 2001)

Please note this is an interim release, and we are expecting to release a site with updated API, new database schema, and new data built on the August data freeze, before the end of the month.

	New Features in v1.1.3    Start/Stop Codon display Contigview can display the start and stop codons present in a region. Changes / Improvements in v1.1.3    ExportView HTML format Gene lists exported as HTML are marked-up with links back into Ensembl. You can now export a region of interest, and use the links to investigate the individual features.    Ensembl-Lite extended Ensembl-Lite now includes protein domain and family data. Gene List export has been correspondingly extended so you can now investigate particular domains or families in any given region. [More...]
